maintenance
Mowing, edging, bed care, pruning, cleanups and irrigation checks on one written scope, with a checklist the crew completes every visit.

What a maintenance
visit covers
Choose a service to see what it includes.

Scheduled mowing, string trimming and hard-edging for commercial lawns, at the height and frequency the season calls for.

Weeding, debris removal and edge upkeep for shrub and planting beds across the property.

Seasonal pruning and shearing that keeps shrubs healthy, in shape, and clear of walkways, signs and windows.

How it's run
A written scope
checked off every visit
Before anything is signed, we walk the property with you and write the scope service by service: what's included, how often, and what's excluded.
That scope becomes the crew's checklist. Every visit is recorded, issues come back with photos, and anything outside the scope is quoted before it happens.
Is lawn maintenance a separate service?
No. Mowing and lawn care are part of landscaping maintenance. One scope covers lawns, beds, shrubs and seasonal work.
How is visit frequency set?
It depends on the property, the season and the agreed scope. Your proposal sets the visit schedule for each part of the year.
Can one agreement cover several properties?
Yes. Management teams can have one agreement with a separate scope for each address.
Do you serve my area?
We maintain properties across King County from Bothell and Redmond south, and Pierce County down to Spanaway.
