Our story
A commercial landscaping solution
Primed Landscaping maintains and improves outdoor grounds for association boards, apartment and multifamily communities, business parks, commercial campuses and management teams serving multiple locations. We pay attention to the everyday needs of residents, tenants, onsite staff and the people responsible for the grounds.
Our Origin Story
Building a business
around doing the work well
Primed started with hands-on landscaping and a simple expectation that the work should be done carefully and consistently. That experience still shapes how we approach a commercial maintenance contract. We want the grounds to look cared for and the people coordinating the work to know what is getting done.
Our Growth
Growing with the needs
of the sites we serve
Our roots are in mowing, planting, cleanup and landscape improvements. Today, that work can support one neighborhood association, an apartment leasing team, several residential buildings or a larger commercial campus. Different sites require different access, scheduling and communication, especially when one management team oversees multiple addresses.

Primed is independently owned and operated. Association boards, onsite apartment staff, portfolio managers and campus facilities teams all need to know who to call and what is covered. We aim for a straightforward relationship built around the actual site.
Owner Josh Boynton is the accountable contact for every Primed agreement. When a scope question, a change or a correction comes up, it reaches someone who can make the decision.
