How we work
with general contractors
A clear bid is easier to award and easier to build. These are the steps we follow on every package we review.
-
01 · Review
Plan and spec review
We read the landscape and irrigation sheets, specifications and addenda against the bid schedule, and raise questions early instead of guessing.
-
02 · Scope
Defined inclusions and exclusions
Our proposal states what is included, what is excluded and what we assumed, so the number can be compared fairly with the rest of the package.
-
03 · Coordination
Access staging and material planning
We coordinate site access, staging areas and sequencing with your superintendent, and plan material orders around the schedule.
-
04 · Delivery
Quality checks and changes
Work is checked against the plans as it goes. Changes are documented in writing before extra work proceeds.
-
05 · Handover
Closeout
We complete the punch list, walk the work with your team and provide the handover information the project requires.

Where in Washington do you review projects?
We review landscape and irrigation project opportunities throughout Washington. Statewide review applies to bid and project work; recurring maintenance is limited to our regional service area.
Does sending plans mean you will bid?
No. We confirm that we received your package, then review fit, scope, schedule and requirements before committing to a bid.
Can you provide vendor documents?
Yes. Insurance documentation and other vendor paperwork are available on request through a verified contact once a project is under review.
How do I send a bid invitation?
Use the form on this page or email services@primedlandscaping.com with the project name, bid deadline and a link to the documents. We review every package we receive and confirm the next step.
